Peggy Hou

Restaurant-owner Peggy Hou was born in Taiwan and moved to the United States in 1978. She has been in the restaurant business ever since.

In 1987, Peggy introduced Hunan style (spicy) Chinese food to St. Louis.

Peggy is welcoming and people oriented and has created a warm atmosphere at the Chinese Noodle Cafe.

She takes great pride in preparing quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients. She has also included vegetarian dishes to provide for the growing number of vegetarian diners.
